as we all know junk food is not good .we can make the same food more healthier from outside made food
the kind of food that is not junk food is the food that dont contain that much sugar. candy and sweets are types of junk food. apples broccli carrots and more fruits and veges are healthy. so try to eat healthy and try not to eat that much junk. :)

You have different healthy recipe for pizzas or burgers :) you could use a whole wheat bread with light cheese, and grilled chicken and tomatoes and green salad ! this kind of burger isn t so fatty!
