no like loom bands are just out of fashion now
when they first came out they were like a craze but after about a few months no one plays or wears rainbow looms any more... it's like fashion, its gets out of style like SO quick
there are sure to be people who have Rainbow Looms and use them in Kuwait. It would be very surprising if there were not some retailers who carry Rainbow Loom products there, if only for the International Community and children in the International schools. If nothing else, Rainbow Loom products could be obtained through the Internet in Kuwait.
