A: Generally with Skin Care formulas and not scratching them or making them bleed. I personally use a vitamin E cream and it makes them go away pretty fast, it also makes scars and so on heal quicker too. Ask your parents if they can buy you some vitamin E cream, im not exactly shure what brand but it should work anyway
