There are several species of bears that are found in rainforests. The spirit bear (close relation to the American black bear) and the grizzly are found in the temperate rainforests of the west coast of British Columbia and Washington state. Asian black bears, sloth bears and sun bears are found in rainforests in the more southern parts of Asia.

Depends on the species. Most bears don't live in a cave unless they're hibernating, and that only pertains to grizzly, black and brown bears, and female polar bears. Most bears live in forests, but can also be found on grassland plains. Sun bears and sloth bears live in jungles.
