It's kinda obvious that he does, with all of the flirting and protectiveness he does around sabrina, and in the eighth book, he keep talking about their marraige and having kids. he also kisses her.

∙ 13y agoYes. In Sisters Grimm Book Three : The Problem Child, when Sabrina goes into Puck's room to tell him that the family is going out, Puck kisses her when he teases, "You want me to be your boyfriend, don't you?"

-in the 5th book her future self and puck are married.
-puck kissed her
-Sabrina enjoyed it
-puck has started aging so Sabrina and him would be the same age (in book five his clothes don't exactly fit him, and when asked why he said they probably shrank in the dryer and we all know puck doesn't wash his clothes)
-puck wrapped his wings around her to keep her warm
-puck pranks her ALL THE TIME (I know hes the prankster king and he pranks people anyway, but he pranks Sabrina wayyy more than daphne or anyone else in the household)
-They argue way too much to be just friends
-once the Big Bad Wolf said to puck "Your love blinds you," when Puck was trying to defend Sabrina from him. As a response to this, he blushes and claims he doesn't know what hes talking about
-Sabrina gets defensive and jealous when Moth tells her to back off Puck

-When puck was in a cocoon in his larval stage, he chose Sabrina to look after him rather than his "fiancée" moth

∙ 11y agoYes. He does more than once. In the second book he kisses her. And in the eighth book Sabrina gives true love's kiss to him because he eats a poison apple. And in the ninth book (The council of mirrors) Sabrina is about to marry a different man named Bradley but then Puck came in and then she ended up marrying Puck and having two kids named Emma and Allison.
