Yes, when rabbits are about to give birth they will make a nest about 2 days before. They usually make the nest out of leaves, straw or another like substance that will give warmth to their offspring that you provide to them. Blankets are not recommended.

Yes. They use their bedding and their own fu

they actually dont my rabbits that breeded didnt do that i was watching them breed.

Alessandrio, they do not make a nest until 3 or 4 days before they are going to have babies. The doe may pull fur before, during or after she has her babies. She pulls fur from her dewlap and her belly. She takes the bedding you provide and makes a hallow in the nest box to kindle in and then pulls fur to cover them with. It takes 28 to 31 days from the time you see them breed until they have their babies.

Nests? If you mean a nest made out of twigs and leaves (like a bird nest) then no they do not build nests. They dig warrens where they can hide and live with other jack rabbits. Warrens (or burrows) are underground.

Yes, they will use bedding and line it with fur from their own coat, it is good to give a pregnant rabbit a nesting box with large side so the baby rabbits (kittens) can't get out of it and risk not being cared for by the mother (doe).

No! males rabbits play absolutely no role in rearing young. At whatever cost keep the males away from the babies because THEY WILL EAT OR KILL THE YOUNG!

Wild rabbits will sometimes use the same nest. Domestic rabbits, however, since you have control of their sanitation, should have a clean nest each time.
