Henry, you wre absolutely right when you said "personal feelings". Collections and repoossession is just a JOB. Either the people pay or they dont pay. nothing personal about it. No need to laugh or make jokes. Its remotely possible the she was laughing at something else, coworker, ect. Just as in any other job, everyone cant be highly trained professionals. Someone has to start at the bottom. Call her supervisor and relate the story to him/her in a polite reasonable way. See if you get any results. Good Luck
