yes it does i just got out of dt where my po tested me for it i didnt believer tell i got the results they can test for it and it does not get out of you system in 3-5 hours that's a lie believe me im on prbation and those who are also on probation they will test for it you don't have to believe it but im tellin you the truth i just wanted to give everyone a warning

Spice Gold contains the synthetic cannabinoids JWH-018, HU-210 and CP 47,497. Also check this out: the Germans analyzed this stuff against a blend of the herbs they claim are in it using molecular fingerprints, and discovered Spice is totally different from what they say it is.
As far as whether it'll show up on a drug test, the answer's yes IF the testing agency has a machine that's certified to test for Spice. The military does.
