no, the moon has a synchronous rotation, which means that it rotates so that the same side is always facing earth

also, the moon rotates and revolves at the same time every 27.3 days, while Earth revolves around the Sun yearly and rotates or spins on its axis every 24 hours, this causes day and night to occur.

No. The Earth rotates once every 24 hours. The moon rotates once every 27.32 days, in just such a way that its same face is always presented to the Earth. The Moon is said to be "tidally locked" in that its original spin has been dramatically slowed by the effect of Earth's gravity.

The moon and the Earth a alike because they were once one. A major collision with a rather large object caused the moons mass to be ejected and coalesce into orbit around its larger mother. It only revolves once a lunar month as its' center mass is solid and off set. That misplaced center nearer to Earth.

No, they don't. The earth makes one full rotation around it's axis once every 24 hours, whereas the moon makes one rotation around it's axis once every 27.3 days. Interestingly, the moon also makes one full rotation around the earth in this same time period, so the same side of the moon is always facing the earth.
