How do you make mini pocket bikes go faster?

Are two stroke dirt bikes better then four strokes?

My opinion, no. You have to mix gas for the two stroke, and two stokes are not as powerful.

Are there new 2 stroke dirt bikes for sale?

yes. All the major manufacturers have 2 strokes in their lineup. Some manufacturers don't have the adult bikes in two stroke, but another company will have it.

Do 47cc Pocket bikes need oil changes?

No. Because the engine is a two stroke. Make sure the engine is a two stroke though. If it is a tiny engine with 1 gear and a pull starter and makes a high pitch sound it is probably a two stroke. Consult your owners manuel or the manufacturer of the bike to see if it is a two stroke or four stroke engine. You will have to change the oil if it is a four stroke, but I think most 47 and not 49 cc bikes are two stroke. If it is a two stroke, no oil changes are required, but you will need to mix a certain amount of 2 stroke engine oil with the fuel. Your owners manuel or manufacturer should be able to tell you the ratio per gallon of gas you will need. Hopefully, this will help.

What dirtbike should you get?

Where are two stroke engines used?

Two stroke engines are used in dirt bikes, ATVs, snowmobiles, etcetera. You can find them in most small recreational vehicles like that. A lot of outboard boat motors are also two stroke.

Why does a two stroke cut off when you stop?

i have two dirt bikes a kx 250 2 stroke and a cr 150 4 stroke and if you stop annd dont hold the clutch they both cut off

What is the difference between two and four stroke dirt bikes?

A 2-stroke dirtbike will be powered by a 2-stroke engine and a 4-stroke dirtbike will be powered by a 4-stroke engine. For the same power, the 2-stroke will be a lighter bike. For the same weight, the 4-stroke will be a weaker/slower bike. The 2-stroke is likely to use more fuel and make more noise. The 4-stroke will run cleaner and quieter.
