They first have asexual reproduction. Then they wait about 2-2 ½ months. After this they push (they breathe heavily) and scream in pain after the baby is born the mother eats the umbilical cord and them the mother cleans her baby. She waits for the next cub to be ready to be born which is in about 1-2 hrs.
Tiger is born just like a baby human would be born. A baby tiger is not in the stomach as long as a baby human is.

Yes, because like all other mammals, it has no choice but to give live birth. Birds and insects are the ones that lay the eggs.
