Scientists are currently studying turtles to figure out why they don't age like we do. Some researchers believe turtles might hold the secret to extending human life

All creatures in a complex ecological system serve a purpose, and turtles do too.

Turtles and crocodiles are the scavengers of the water bodies like vultures and hyenas for land. Without turtles and crocodiles, the life forms that die in waterbodies like lakes or rivers would rot and pollute them. But, these turtles and crocs eat those dead animals and keep the water clean.

They are a very important part in the ecosystem.

Turtles may not be energetic, but in my opinion they would look beautiful if you keep them cleanly.

Ps- I saw a turtle once that WAS really energetic.... ;)
