You will get breast pain after conception, but weeks after, not immediately. AND that will be your first symptom of pregnancy besides eating like crazy. Abdominal pain, only a little if at all. PMS and pregnancy go hand in hand but not really cramps. Also mood swings in the first trimester is how I have always known I was pregnant. (3X) I get crazy! Good luck to you!
