It depends on which site. NerfHQ Wiki is accurate, but provides little information. The NerferWiki is pretty much a rehash of NerfHQ Wiki. The two Wikia wikis are the most accurate. Nerf Blaster Wiki has a lot of small pages, but includes info about non-nerf, old blasters, accessories and Super Soakers. Nerf Wiki has less pages, but has more users and pages about new weapons and accessories, however there exists no info about non-nerf or old Super Soakers.
You don't. Most wiki's are set up for discussion of specified topics. Take out a newspaper ad or post on Craig's List if you want to advertise something.
