You need to find a publishing company that will take your book or give to a friend you know to do it for you.
Why do writers use headlines?
To give a topic or an idea to the reader. Like the title of a book might be "Snack Attack." Well doesn't that give you an idea about what the book might be about?

Because you would report them if they did that. Publishers make money by paying you for your ideas and then selling lots and lots of books. They don't need to steal your ideas.

Unless you're self-publishing, you don't. The publisher pays everybody. If you're paying for your own book to be published, you pay an illustrator the same way you pay any other employee. Just give them the money, either in a bank cheque or by electronic transfer.

What is the job market for a fiction book writer?
This depends entirely on how good a writer you are and what the current book market may be. It changes quickly, so no real statistics can be charted for your future success. Most writers don't support themselves on the money from their books, though -- that should give you some idea about the job market. You'll need a "day job" to pay the bills. Only a very few writers are best-sellers and can make enough money just from book sales, so don't even plan to try that route. Get a good job that will support you, and write in your spare time like the rest of us do!
