Does anyone really know the true definitions of Humor or Laughter? I didn't think so. That why I'm here:
Humor: Something, anything a person may find funny. People always have different veiws on what may be funny to them. What maybe funny to you may be annoying to them, and visa versa.

Well it does, some people who are on weight loss plans have a section that says to make an effort to laugh. Maybe they would tape a funny joke on their mirror, or maybe they would put a funny photo on a desk.Laughing doesn't burn off pounds but the calories are what builds up to the loss of pounds. I have strong abs because,i always find something to laugh at ;you shouldn't force youself to laugh though,enjoy life;just be happy! :)
