You should continue to take your Birth Control pills as scheduled regardless of bleeding.
I usually don't get my period till the second or third sugar pill. It's normal.
third period
You can do that, although I'm not sure why you would, unless you just want to have a period earlier. If you do so, be sure to start your next pack's active pills immediately after completing that third week's pills. Do not take a "placebo week" or "pill free week," as you will risk prenancy. Use a back up method of birth control during the week you're taking that "third week" late.
sulfur is in the third period

Third period of World War II happened in 1945.
There is no such element.
no it doesn't, you could get your period on the second or third day of your sugar pills, it may last 4 days but everyone is different. remember once you have taking all 4 of the sugar pills resume with the normal ones.
Continue taking pills on schedule. This is not unusual with modern birth control pills, which usually contain lower levels of hormones, especially when first starting a new regimen of pills. It may take 2 to 3 months for your cycle to become regulated on the pill. If you continue to experience problems such as breakthrough bleeding or spotting, consult your OB/GYN or physician.
