I have a 6 weeks and 18 weeks old dogs and they love to drink cold water. I monitored them and everything seems ok. I tried to give them room temperature water and they do not drink it. So I put cold water (bottled water) in there bowl and they love it! I found it not good to give animals "tap" water, too much chemicals, etc. in it.
Sissy & Mister's Mom =)
warm blooded
Shouldn't be too cold - should be at least warm
Warm!
No because my dog drinks warm and cold water. Try not to give burning hot water, because that may hurt their tounges.
because they aren't in the freezing cold and dont need 2, cuz the're warm and yu feed em. but they just dont.
A Yorkie is warm blooded because it is a dog and a dog is a mammal.
Lukewarm. Not too warm, but not cold. ex: Bathing a guinea pig in the same temp as you bathe a dog is too hot.
Dogs are warm blooded mammals.
cold water tail is what a dog gets when they have been and the water and it is freezing cold and the dog acts like it is broken
Well if you have a bath tub or shower you can get warm water from there. (If you have a sink you could probaly get warm water from there too.) PS if you don't get warm water at your house my best idea would to leave it in the sun although it is not very warm outside yet. Also this could be really stupid but you could heat a little water up on the stove but make sure it is at least cold enough to put your hand in it or else it will burn the dog) hope this helps
If your dog is an outside dog and the dog itself is that cold then you need to warm him/her up. If it is an inside dog and it is just cold outside, then your dog will normally try and hurry up so it can return to the indoors.
Wash the dog in warm water and dog shampoo.
