Are pregnancy symptons stronger on your third pregnancy?

You might do. You might be more tired if you have 2 other children to look after. Or you might have no symptoms at all. I had every symptom going early on with my first (one child) then had no early symptoms at all with my second pregnancy (twins). I didn't have third pregnancy but 2 were enough to show me that they are all different.

Absolutely. Since you know how your body responds to pregnancy and what to watch and feel for it is quite possible you will be alerted to a pregnancy much faster with each passing pregnancy....
On the flip side... not all women experience this heightened sense... and be sure paranoia / wishful thinking isn't what you are feeling...

Quite often the second pregnancy is completely different. I had really sore breasts, nausea and tiredness with my first, with the second I had none of these symptoms despite it being a twin pregnancy.

A variety of factors can affect pregnancy symptoms including, but not limited to, maternal age, maternal health, number of fetuses in the womb, maternal hormonal and physical changes, weight gain, and activity level. Often, with subsequent pregnancies, it is simply the case that the pregnant mother, due to her previous experience, is more aware of how her body is reacting to the pregnancy and is also able to more easily detect and attribute symptoms to her pregnancy.
