Unlike other countries in Latin America, Uruguay doesn't really have "traditional" clothing. The closest thing to that would be the clothing worn by the Gauchos. Gauchos were cowboys who inhabited Uruguay and neighboring country Argentina and some parts of Southern Brazil (mostly the state of Rio Grande do Sul with whom Uruguay has a lot of history with).
