Yes you can but if your goal is to be a doctor you can skip studying to be a nurse first. It's not just to add a few courses and you're a doctor. You have to go back to school and study for years.

There are some nurses who decide to become doctors, but it's a big investment of time to earn two separate degrees so you're better off making the decision to become a doctor now if it's something you want to do.
