Look at the volume of a tuba--it takes gallons upon gallons of air just to fill it up! Since it's the biggest, it just plain takes more air.
Also, because of its huge mouthpiece size and its wider pipes, there is very little air resistance. That's why a tuba player's poor lungs have to keep pumping out the air so fast.
Not really, but the technique is more about the embouchure of the player's lips. Obviously, if the player wishes to play very loudly, "blowing hard" is an option, but if one overblows, notes are likely to split, or slip.
yes very but it also depends how big it is the bigger it is the harder to blow
not really believe me I have been play the sousaphone since I was a baby trust me you dont
not at all. It may seem like you do at first, but when you get used to it, you won't notice.
no you just have to buzz your lips.
A Trumpet has 3 keys that are used to play it. there are many combinations which the keys are pressed and each combination results in a different note. Learning the different combinations is the hardest part of learning any instrument. Once you memorize the notes and which keys are pushed to make them, it becomes easier to learn to play. If you have the ambition to learn, the confidence that you can, and the patience to take the time to learn, You will enjoy playing any instrument that you try to play! have fun with it.
The tuba has the lowest tone/pitch. It is actually a pretty cool instrument, I play it in concert band!!
obviously a dum tuba like himself and you
I think it would because I used to play the flute and I have a lip ring and I find it difficult, but who knows you might be able to. mines healed and when I try to do the thing with your lips to be able to blow into a tuba, it just feels kind of annoying.
When I was a bit younger the answer to this was always 'A tuba toothpaste' (a tube of toothpaste).

It actually takes more air to play the flute than it does to play the tuba. The flute is a difficult instrument to learn and will require practice.Actually its not the fingerings that are hard its the air.

Lisa from The Simpsons plays a tuba.

There are many ways to deal with this:Do nothing if you do not play the Tuba anymore;Bring the Tuba in from outside (its bad for the Brass);If the Tuba is inside, plug the hole that the squirrel is using to get inside;Play music that the squirrel does not like, or music it likes but play it badly;

The clarinet is a beautiful instrument that makes a beautiful sound. It isn't always easy to play. Even though sometimes it is hard to play, if you keep at it you will get a feel for the instrument. Once you are used to the intrument, it will be easier to blow. It will become easier to blow the more you play.
