it depends on where you live - i'm pretty sure so far only if you live in the United States you can buy it / download it legally. if you google "taylor swift napster live" google play tends to appear and you can buy it from there. i'm pretty sure you used to be able to buy it from napster.com but rhapsody or something bought it, and i'm not sure if you can buy it from there anymore...? overall, i think it might just be from google play in the united states or maybe canada.
