The Disney parks in the US (and, I believe, the overseas ones as well, though I'm less certain of that) do not charge for individual rides; the admission ticket covers all the rides in the park at no additional charge.
Today you pay a flat entrance fee that includes all the rides. Years ago you had to buy a coupon book of rides and depending on the book you only got a certain number of tickets for each class of ride. This no longer exists.
