∙ 12y agoThere is no charge to use the PlayStation Network for the PS3 models with an internet connection. Some local internet providers charge when you are using the network, but that is a charge by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). You may also have to get an ISP to connect your PS3 if you do not have one and many individuals also need to purchase router, modem, ethernet cables and/or various hardware to connect to the internet.

∙ 14y agoyes it is. that's one reson why i like the ps3, and it has the same controlls as the ps2. If you have an xbox ps2 and plan on selling it get a ps3 insted.
