YES, Remove all old gaskets and replace with the NEW ones.
if the miles on the engine aren't too high, then just replace the head gaskets. if the whole engine is tired go ahead and swap out the motor. its a lot cheaper to do the gaskets then to buy a new motor.
remove motor mount "dog bones" and also label/remove spark plug wires from spark plugs, remove valve cover, clean cover from debris, use light coat of oil to stick gasket, replace round rubber gaskets, replace cover, wires and "dog bones"

How to remove the window motor from the regulator
Remove plastic motor cover from the top. And get a small ratchet with extension and patiently take the bolts around the valve covers off, remove gasket and replace and put back together. After one side is complete do the same to the other. Hope this gets you going.....

under the glove box there is a panel that holds the blower motor...remove the screws...4 i believe....remove the black plastic cover....there are three screws that holds the blower motor in...remove these and then remove the blower motor...unplug the power source and feed wires out of the hole.....reverse to replace the motor
