Just did this job. Had to remove the rail to change the back 2 plugs on the drivers side of the engine. Good luck. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I also just did this job. On the 1998 Ford Expedition XLT. 4.6L. You don't have to removed anything. Just a pain in the @ss to get your hands in #3 and #4. every other it was easy.. I don't know about the 5.4L...
