Changing a power steering belt on a 1998 Honda Civic requires loosening the adjustment pulley. Locate and loosen the pulley to create enough slack so the belt can slide off. Install the replacement.

To install an aftermarket CD player the center console needs to be removed. Once removed a after market wire harness will need to be installed so the CD player can function properly. Install the CD player and connect all the wiring.

The wiring is not there. You need to install the harness. Buy a shop manual. I bought aftermarket fog lamps that came with install instructions but it's too complex to write up here. Try a google search

yeah they are all interchangable from the years 92-95, im not sure about 96 and up, but a 94 civic steering wheel and dash will fit a 93

The 1997 Honda Civic DX did originally come with power steering although you could also purchase models that were stripped down versions. These did not include power steering, power windows, or power seats.

Did you remove the stock radio to install an aftermarket radio by chance? If so then this is why your keyless entry stopped working because the keyless entry is hooked up to the stock radio. I had to buy a special adapter harness and throw the stock radio in the back of the dash somewhere in order to have a new radio and my doors to unlock and lock. I know it sounds stupid but there is no other way the guys at Circuit City said. Hope this helps.
