Possibly, but you MAY need a Boating License!

In the UK, you are not allowed to drive any motorised vehicle on the public roads until the age of 16 years. At 16 you may drive a moped or a motorbike, but you need a Provisional Licence (learner's licence), and I think you have to pass a sort of written test even before that.
Yes you don't have to have a licence of any sort to have a car registered in your name. You are just not allowed to drive it alone if you don't have a licence.
A craft can refer to a vehicle of some sort, like an aircraft, or a hovercraft. It is also some sort of skilled work, such as woodcraft, or witchcraft.
The two different licenses are used to show what sort of vehicles the owner can drive. A DZ license enables a person to legally drive things like a refuse or dumper truck. The AZ license does not.
You will need at least 40G of available hard drive space, and a DVD rom drive.
I don't think you need a licence to ride any sort of bike you should just buy a bike and ride it its not like cars where you need licence's because with bikes you can just buy it, ride it as there is no place at all to buy real bike licences. If somebody has told you you need a licence to ride a three wheeled bike you shouldn't have to for ANY bike.
If you sell any sort of alchoholic beverage you need to have a liquor licence...if you dont actually sell it and what you sell is actually your service of pairing then no you dont.
Yes, sort of. You need a certificate that you have attended a safe boating course.
Unless you have some sort of external memory option, you need at least a small hard drive to save your games.
Registered farm vehicles are exempt from CDL requirements. However, the state gains jurisdiction over licencing requirements at that point. So, as long as you're operating a registered farm vehicle within the limitations of its allowed use, you don't need a CDL, but you'll probably still have to upgrade your licence to some sort of enhanced non-CDL licence.
Yes, you do.
yes...but im pretty sure you can get some sort of special licence. or at least that's what my research has told me
