Do you need braces because your bottom teeth hit the roof your mouth?
yes you need braces
There are very few cases where the Orthodontist would only put braces on the bottom teeth and not both. Most of the time they require the patient to wear them on the top and the bottom because it is better for alignment versus only moving the teeth on the bottom. However, if you have the right alignment without braces on the top, then the Orthodontist will only recommend braces for the bottom teeth.
It depends on what teeth have gaps, and if theyre only on the top your top teeth will need them but if its on the bottom too, you will need it on top and bottom but sometimes people get them even if they dont have gaps on top and bottom because they have messed up teeth so it just depends on what your dentist says, and based on how your teeth are formed.
Do braces on the upper teeth work without putting braces on the bottom ones too The top ones have gaps bottom perfect.?
Do you need braces if your top middle teeth overlap your bottom but your middle bottom teeth stick out too?
If you have several missing teeth in the front of your mouth, then it is NOT advised to do so! This is only because your teeth will be aligned and there will be no room for the new tooth to grow. It is better to have all your teeth grown back, then started; I doubt the orthodontist would put braces on if you had missig teeth. ~I have braces with chains and rubber bands~
There are many ways to tell if you need braces. First of all there are different types of "bites" you could have The most common is the over, when your front teeth protrude too far. Second is an underbite, which is when your bottom teeth cover your top teeth. Third is called an open bite which occurs when you have space between you bottom and top teeth when you smile. The most common reason for…
yeah I had them on the bottom and top, but the bottom of my mouth was perfect first so the dentist took the bottom braces off first and I had the top for the last 6 months. if their not in yet DONT get them!! , their not worth it at all , incredibly painful every month till their off and the pain will haunt you for years, im not talking inside your mind but…
If my bottom front teeth are too crowded can the dentist pull one out and leave only three and put braces to push them together or is it odd to have only three middle bottom teeth?
Your best option is to discuss this with a qualified orthodontist. Removing teeth is fairly common in orthodontic treatment, however, it usually involves removing a tooth or teeth further back in the mouth and then spreading out the front teeth with braces to close that gap. This way your normal appearance is preserved.
No, orthodontists do not break teeth to apply braces to your teeth. However, if the orthodontist has determined that your mouth is overcrowded, it may be necessary to have some teeth extracted if they will interfere with the plan of correction. Once the braces are put on and the teeth begin to shift, they will gradually fill in the spaces where the other teeth were.
you need braces when your teeth are crooked if you have an overbite like me which means your top teeth stick out farther than your bottom teeth, an underbite whitch is the opposite of an overbite and sometimes if there are spaces between you teeth. but braces are not that bad don't worry if you have to get them
Braces are a type of "tool" for you teeth to either straighten it or something else. Mine is for my overbite (my upper teeth overlap my bottom teeth) and are there to line it up for my lower teeth to line up close to the upper teeth. Other types of braces i don't know the reasons for. Usually Straightening
Yes, you can have braces but it is best to get them only if you really need them. edition: My braces were three thousand dollars. Only get them if you need them (again) because they are very expensive. They don't hurt to much, but they aren't awesome feeling. My teeth were really bad but, now they are pretty good. One of my teeth was back on the roof of my mouth for about 2 years…
I'm not really sure if you can without braces because I haven't hard of anything apart from braces that can keep your teeth straight. It also depends on your teeth alignment because I had too many teeth that didn't fit in my jaw so I had to get removable braces. If you have an overbite or underbite you probably need braces
