unbolt the engine mount on that side and raise the engine to get it off.
The thermostat is located inside of the top radiator housing on the engine. The air filter box and top radiator hose will have to be removed along with one bracket to get to the housing. unbolt the housing, and the thermostat will be inside.
Find the engine end of the upper rad hose Unbolt the housing Replace t stat Clean housing Install new gasket Bolt together.

The thermostat of a Vauxhall Zafira is located in front of the engine. The unit is on engine itself and has a main radiator hose connected to it. To replace it remove the hose and unbolt the house from the engine. Replace the thermostat in the housing.

Unbolt the light housing from under the rear deck, and wiggle/push the housing up. It seems like it won't go but it will, it's just rubbing on the carpeted panel and the window.
