hi, yes you will have to take out both of the two screws that hold the fuse in place. then put in the new fuse(should be a 100 amp fuse) and put in both screws. the fuse it self is pretty cheap to replace. i live in WI and it cost about $6 when i put a new alternator fuse in my '96 accent. hopefully this was helpful for you.

The rear defogger relay is locate under the dashboard. Remove the screws holding the cover panel around the steering wheel and pull it off. Left of the steering column you will see the relay (usually black) held on with one 10mm bolt.
the relay is located on the left side of the steering wheel behind the diagnostic connector it is the middle on on the top row
bottom right 10 amp mine said relay htd seat
It is behind dash. Directly in front of your left knee. There are 4 screws on panel. Once removed you can pop panel off. There is a metal plate behind that which can be removed. But relay can be accessed without removal of plate. Relay should be black. It's fastened with I think a 3/8" hex head screw.
