You can use your College Illinois! 529 Prepaid Tuition Program benefits at most private colleges in Illinois as long as the school is a "MAP-eligible" institution whose students are eligible to receive need-based student financial assistance

through State Monetary Award Program (MAP) grants administered by the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC). A list of MAP-eligible schools is available online

For the 2010-11 academic year, no IIA Program funds have been appropriated (i.e., no IIA awards will be announced).
