Does clark ever get to wear the superman costume in Smallville?

Yes, at the end of Smallville (season 10) he FINALLY gets to put the costume on (that his mother made him but Jor-El thought he wasn't ready and hid it in the fortress) and saves the world from Brianiac in which Smallville then ends.

Every season they start not liking each other more. I think Season 4 was really the icing on the cake in which Clark felt that he could no longer see Lex as a good person even though he really and truly wanted to. He personally gave up on him ever being good in Season 5 though however Lex became a person beyond redemption in Season 7 due to him murdering his Dad.

No, I don't think it will - no news have been released that it will come back so I doubt it will as of now... not to mention that it ended perfectly because it lead up to him becoming superman (which shows him wearing the costume in the VERY last episode) and I don't think they could have continued it because if I'm correct, the entire series was BEFORE he became superman.

Yes- most people do consider him to be the best actor to ever play Superman. "Superman: The Movie" and "Superman II" are two of the best superhero movies to ever be made. Tom Welling has really grown into the role on "Smallville" and Tim Daly is praised by fans of "Superman: The Animated Series" for his voice acting role as Superman. However, Christopher Reeve receives the credit for being the best.

Not to mention Clark was doing some serious crimes in season three so like I said Johnathan was given powers after making a deal with Jor-El and went to get Clark.
