Kinda......It still has sugar in it. Not as much, but it still has it in it. It does make you gain weight because some chemicals in diet soda stay in your body and create fat.
Answer 2:
Water and pure fruit juices are vastly better for you. Diet soda, over time, may have these side effects:
decline of kidney function (Harvard Med 11-year study)
irregularity in calorie-metabolism (U. of Texas study)
increased effect of alcoholic drinks (Adelaide Hospital study)
damage of its acid to the teeth (U. of Michigan)
endocrine disruption due to the Bisphenol coating in the can
diabetes (U. of Minnesota study)
depression (American Academy of Neurology)
bone weakness (American Journal of Clinical Nutrition)
Heart disease (U. of Miami researchers)
headaches (Dr. Cassie Bjork).
No form of CocaCola has any nutritional value whatsoever, although certain types provide a bit of energy in the form of sugar or caffeine, neither of which is particularly "good for you".
No, because it still has that little bit of sugar in it so you might want to stick to water
Most diets do not recommend any diet sugar except stevia.
Yes, provided you don't add sugar, cream, milk, or other ingredients that have fat, or other calorie laded items to it.
it can be good considering what your weight is.
yes
no diet coke
Most diet sodas have either one or zero calories, but some have a few.
Sodas do not contain any fat to begin with. The difference between regular sodas and diet sodas is the sweeteners used, because the artificial sweeteners used in diet sodas lower the calorie count of the drink. However, many of those artificial sweeteners have adverse effects, and are often thought to be carcinogens (cancer-causing agents)
It would only do it if it was regular sodas
A lot of people claim that drinking diet sodas give you the craving for real sodas but this is not true in my opinion. I've dieted in the past and really, really crave for a coke and want to give in then just go for the diet one because it isn't loaded with sugars. The only downside of these diet sodas are the very high amounts chemicals in it. But if you're on a diet and you had been given the choice between a diet coke or a regular coke then go for the diet coke. Remember; Water > diet > regular
Diet sodas.
diet sodas have less carbonation than regular sodas. hope this was helpful
No, in fact, I don't think either sodas or nay kind of sodas can help teeth.
Green tea, avoid sodas. Even diet sodas are bad for you. Stick to water Kaz's two cents: the "diet" part of the name tells me that it is artificially sweetened. check the label. some of those bottled teas are made from tea flavouring, not actual tea... if that's the case it's no different for you than the diet soda. I agree with the last line.... stick to water!
aspartame
Depends on which soda you drink but mostly all sodas have caffeine in them. Ex) • Diet/Cola • Diet/Pepsi • Creme Soda • Dr. Pepper • Ect..
Anything that has it listed as an ingredient...most diet sodas and other low-calorie diet foods.
