These work just fine. I do not know why anyone would tell you to eat an apple or cottage cheese which has more sugar than the NO sugar in the low carb shake. Unreal. I simply would not have too many of them, especially if you are not very active. I do a lot of weight training and live on a low carb diet and have no trouble with them at all. I also have a friend who does NOT work out and she has managed to lose some weight on them. Just keep a balanced diet and watch your calorie intake if you are not on a carb watching diet. The carb control shakes are fine. Low calorie. Zero sugar and 2 carbs. You cannot go wrong with them at any hour.

It CAN cause unwanted weight gain. Depending on your intake, it will(depending on your intensity of your workout and other meals) add excess weight. Now, what you want to avoid is drinking them at night. It causes a sort of increase in insulin, which lowers blood pressure. An ideal thing to eat before bed is either an Apple, or some cottage cheese.

Well lets start off with the fact that any product that has creatine is legal. I have been playing football all my life and am now in college. I have taken creatine and gotten tested and nothing comes up. Myoplex is defenetly not the best creatine out there but its most certainly legal. And as far as the bad effects go you just need to drink alot of water and you should be fine.
