No doubt she has given the matter a lot of thought. In interviews J.K. Rowling has said that she could write more books but isn't planning on doing so. She has also said on multiple occasions that she will never say never to that question because she doesn't want to rule anything out. However it is very unlikely that there will be another Harry Potter book - certainly not in the near future.
