Yes, if you drink it instead of smoking marijuana. Otherwise, not so much, beyond the fact that it's mildly diuretic and might to some extent help flush out your system. If you were hoping "all I have to do is drink five gallons of Mountain Dew, and the fact that I smoked last week won't show up".... then no, you're out of luck.
