well, I'm not really sure, but i think so. He saved her life once, and they have been well i wouldn't say friends but more like company. I think she always wonders where he goes, and maybe love him, but it is kind of true that gin loves rangiku.

∙ 13y agoRangiku is the only person Gin has ever shown of caring about and loving. Devoting his time and patience into getting closer to Aizen, in revenge for Aizen having his men beat up Rangiku. So, yes, Gin loves Rangiku.
