Does Reliv treat brain injury

One perspective:

Nothing will treat adult brain injuries. An adult brain cannot regenerate its own cells. Adult brain injuries are virtually always permanent, and they are also often permanent with children (depending on age). Any company that claims to be able to treat brain injuries with its products is very questionable.

Another perspective:

There are many complaints to be found on the internet about both their company and their products. Hundreds of websites talk about their illegal code of practice, and their bad treatment of employees. Others talk about hidden ingredients in their products. You will have to do some of your own research and come to a decision, but I personally advice you to simply juice your own fruits and vegetables. That method ensures that you know that the product will not hurt you, will help you, and you don't fund an evil corporation. There are enough of those in this world as it is.

There ARE a number of people who have taken and are taking Reliv products whose doctors have documented results with brain injuries after taking Reliv.

Being granted a patent is no assurance of the efficacy or safety of any drug because there are no tests carried out. Anecdotal evidence like that given here must not be relied on: the only way to measure the efficacy and safety of a drug is to do proper, controlled clinical trials. I doubt if any have been done on Reliv and it should therefore be avoided at all costs, particularly for serious medical conditions.
