According to Russian law, the calculations are made only in rubles on the territory of the Russian Federation .
But there are of course exceptions. Payments in Euro may be made between individuals (natural persons) or when you buying something on the markets....

∙ 13y agoRussia is not a member of the European Union nor has it expressed any interest in joining at present. It is therefore very unlikely that it will be allowed nor wish to adopt the Euro currency. The Russian ruble is the currency of Russia.
