Does Santa Anna have monuments?

No. Santa Anna is pretty much the responsible of Mexico's loss of half its territories during the Mexican-American war, so don't be surprised if no monuments have been erected to him, at least in Mexico.

However, there is a museum with the personal possessions he left in Mexico when he was exiled to Colombia in 1855. It is the El Lencero Hacienda, in the state of Veracruz, where he married his second wife, Dolores Tosta.

Another site would be the Panteon del Tepeyac (a public mausoleum), in Mexico City, where he was buried.
