All I know it came before B.C times, because it snowed back when the cavemen and the dinosaurs were around. It probably firsted snowed when there was nothing on this earth, because when earth was just a ball of magma and when it was forming it went through consist weather changes like rain, thunderstorms and probably snow(likely). So this is my thesis when the first snow happed, and again this not might be right, but its probably what most likely happened.
