There is no fuel shut off switch that I am aware of. If you want to service a fuel line, or change the filter, and need to relieve pressure in the system, in the engine compartment, on the drivers side, remove the black cover from the relay / fuse panel. Pull out the fuel pump relay (it is closest to the windshield) using a small flat head screwdriver to release the locking tab. Then, start the car several times until it will no longer start, thus relieving any residual fuel pressure. When ever you disconnect any fuel line / hose, always wrap the fitting with a rag, or paper towels before you take it apart, to catch any remaining fuel, and avoid the possibility of fuel spraying or dripping into your eyes.
you can also just loosen the gas cap and put a bolt in the line past the fuel filter.
GM vehicles are not equipped with an fuel pump inertia switch.
Fuel pump is in the gas tank and it is not cheap.

Bad fuse or fuel pump inertia switch " tripped " or bad wiring connection
you might have to change the fuel filter as well that might be your problem or you have clogged injectors
On a 1991 Ford Explorer : I BELIEVE the fuel pump shut off switch ( inertia switch ) is in the front passenger footwell , under the front edge of the carpet , mounted on the toe board just to the right of the transmission hump
might be in the trunk behind a panel
Replace the switch or bypass it.
its in the trunk
If you are referring to the inertia switch, look in your owners manual under "problems on the road". If no luck, you don;t have one. If you want to secure the fuel pump simply pull the fuse or relay labeled "fuel" Dodge doesn't use inertia switches.
should be on the fuel rail
