It is screwed onto the engine near the bottom on the LH side. The LH side of the engine is the side near the radiator.

Begin by removing the positive cable from your 1993 Chevy Corsica battery. Remove the cables on the front of the starter. Remove the starter retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install your new starter.
Assuming V8 gasoline engine, it should be bolted onto the intake manifold.
Try changing the fuel filter.
The ignition modual is in the front of the engine compartment, below the front manafold between the motor and the radiator above the starter
