Actually the Fuel Injection Relay is located under the dash on the left (drivers) side above the emergency brake line, It can be removed with a phillips screwdriver and remove the two connectors

The first thing I would check is your 'flashers'. Most vehicles come equipped with two: one for the hazard lights and one for the turn signals. Flashers are usually round, but come in various shapes. Normally located in your fuse panel.
Under the dash on the drivers side. A green one for the turn signals and a gray one for the hazards, and they both must work.
Pull off panel under steering wheel. You will see two separate flashers. Replace the one on the right.
