I don't get what you mean by "reproduced internal or external". So I just give some insight about the reproduction cycle of Gorillas. Female gorillas begin to breed at about 9 years of age. The female menstruates about every 28 days and may mate in any season. Just like female human beings, femal gorillas also bear their infants for almost 9 months (pregnancy period). Female usually gives birth to a single infants (occasionally twins). A female normally produces 3 to 6 offspring in her lifetime and becoming pregnant ang giving birth on the average every four years.

Gorillas are mammals. If you know anything about Biology they are about as similar to humans as you can get in the animal kingdom. So think, do you reproduce internal or external???
