Multiple church denominations will issue a license to those within their folds, but anyone who has the desire to preach the Gospel (Good News of Jesus Christ) can preach the Gospel in Pennsylvania. In fact, none of the New Testament disciples where licensed to preach the Gospel. Licensing to preach the Gospel is a man made or created requirement that is not only unnecessary, but ridiculous as well. If God gives one the passion or desire to preach the Gospel, then he must preach the Gospel. Otherwise he may end up inside a whale! Read the book of Jonah and see what happened to a man who rejected God calling to preach.
