Not necessarily. If the county holding the warrant could respond quickly, the jail having the prisoner in custody might just keep them in a waiting area until the officers from the other county arrived. When the prisoner was taken back to the county with the warrant, this would not be a "extradition." Extradition occurs only between states.

If you get arrested and have warrants in other counties will they ship you out?

That is something that the prosecutors of the various counties that want you will have to figure out. But the odds are good, that you will have to face multiple charges in multiple counties.

Where are you taken when you are arrested?

It depends on what officer arrests you and where you allegedly broke the law. If you're arrested in a city by a city policeman, you'll probably go to the city's jail. If you're out in the country and you're arrested by a sheriff, you may well end up in the county jail. I believe federal law enforcement has arrangements with counties and cities to house their newly arrested suspects. I just read an article where a person who was arrested for breaking a federal law was remanded to the Marshall's custody - in a county jail.

How long before a person is extradited from one county to another in Ohio for a misdemeanor?

There is no such thing as EXTRADITION between counties of the same state. They simply do a "courtesy hold" on you until the other county sends someone for you. Extradition is a legal term used when governments remove people from state to state or nation to nation.
