not sure
If the application asks if you were ever CHARGED, no, you do not. HOWEVER - if the application asks if you were ever ARRESTED, if you were arrested for the alleged offense, you must answer yes.
If you have been indicted for a crime that is a felony, no.
If you have a pending felony case, no. If you've been convicted of a felony, no. If you've been acquitted of a felony, then you can.
No. Adam Gontier has never been arrested or indicted on charges of violence.
13-3884. Arrest by private person A private person may make an arrest: 1. When the person to be arrested has in his presence committed a misdemeanor amounting to a breach of the peace, or a felony. 2. When a felony has been in fact committed and he has reasonable ground to believe that the person to be arrested has committed it.
Not necessarily, you can be arrested before or after you are indicted. Either way, you cannot be arraigned until you have been taken into, or have surrendered to, custody
837 PC - Arrest by Private PersonA private person may arrest another:"For a public offense committed or attempted in his presence, when the person arrested has committed a felony, though not in his presence When a felony in fact has been committed and a reasonable cause exists for believing the person arrested is the one who committed it"
as long as you have not been charged with a felony or a domestic abuse, then yes
I have recently been arrested for CDV and it was not filed as a felony. It depends on how the police and judge see it.
Arrested? Yes. Convicted? Not if the assault was a felony, or against a domestic partner.
Nice try. Cowboy fan. lol
VERY-VERY unlikely. If you are awaiting felony sentencing and you go out and commit yet another criminal act.... what do YOU think your chances of probation are?
